Straight from the 2018 NAMM Music Prod­ucts Show, where it won Best of Show, The Yama­ha EAD10 (Elec­tron­ic Acoustic Drum Mod­ule), allows you to blend and com­bine your acoustic drums with elec­tron­ic sounds, and trans­form your acoustic drum kit into a pow­er­ful digital/electronic hybrid with sam­pled sounds and stu­dio qual­i­ty dig­i­tal effects. Incred­i­bly easy to use, you can play and record your acoustic drums in ways you have nev­er thought pos­si­ble. There are two main com­po­nents — a com­bi­na­tion drum micro­phone and trig­ger that attach­es to your kick drum hoop, and a con­trol mod­ule with 757 onboard voic­es and trig­gered sam­ples as well as 50 pre­set scenes and 200 user scenes.
