BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND HOUSE RULES

BOOK­INGS

All book­ings must be backed by a valid cred­it card (Amex, Visa, MC or Dis­cover) which will be main­tained on file for secu­rity and in the event of no-shows or late can­cel­la­tions.

ALL BOOKING MUST BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL, SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE US AT THE TIME YOU SET UP YOU ACCOUNT. IF YOUR EMAIL CHANGES, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO THAT WE CAN UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT RECORD.

THE JAMSPOT GUARANTEE: ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM JAMSPOT WE GUARANTEE THAT THE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU WHEN YOU HAVE BOOKED IT. IN THE EVENT WE MAKE A MISTAKE AND DOUBLE BOOK YOUR ROOM AND WE CANNOT MOVE YOU INTO ANOTHER ROOM OF EQUAL OR HIGHER VALUE, WE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR NEXT TWO (2) BOOKINGS (OF EQUAL VALUE) ON THE HOUSE.

ON THE OTHER HAND: ONCE WE CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING WE REMOVE THAT ROOM FROM OUR CALENDAR AND CANNOT BOOK IT FOR ANY OTHER CLIENT, SO PLEASE NOTE THAT (A) YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME THAT YOU BOOKED, PLUS ANY OVERAGES,  EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO CUT YOUR SESSION SHORT, AND (B)  ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING MUST BE MADE MORE THAN 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE  (PLEASE SEE BELOW). IN OTHER WORDS, TO CANCEL A BOOKING ON A TUESDAY, FOR EXAMPLE, YOU WILL NEED TO LET US KNOW NO LATER THAN END OF DAY SATURDAY TO AVOID A CANCELLATION CHARGE. TO OTHER THAN IN THE CASE OF A SNOW EMERGENCY,  JAMSPOT CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ILLNESS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, BAD WEATHER, TRAFFIC OR MEMBERS OF THE GROUP NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE THE SESSION AT THE TIME IT IS BOOKED.

A NOTE ON PRICING: please note that the prices quot­ed for rehearsal rooms are for stan­dard rehearsal book­ings only and do not apply to spe­cial events such as record­ing ses­sions, pho­to or video shoots, show­cas­es, or lock­outs. PAY­MENT

Full pay­ment is due at the con­clu­sion of your ses­sion. We accept cash or Amer­i­can Express, Visa, Mas­ter­card and Dis­cover cred­it cards. We do not accept checks.

NO-SHOWS, CAN­CEL­LA­TIONS AND CHANGES

You may can­cel or change your book­ing at any­time up to 2 days before the day it is sched­uled. No-Shows, can­cel­la­tions or changes with­in 2 days of the sched­uled book­ing are sub­ject to a 100% can­cel­la­tion fee.

OTHER THAN IN THE CASE OF A SNOW EMERGENCY,  JAMSPOT CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ILLNESS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, BAD WEATHER, TRAFFIC OR MEMBERS OF THE GROUP NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE THE SESSION.

Any can­cel­la­tion fee will be charged to the cred­it card on file and you autho­rize us to make this charge unless you con­tact us in advance with a dif­fer­ent cred­it card or pay­ment method that we accept.

HOUSE RULES

Please allow your­self enough time to set up and break­down your own gear with­out infring­ing on the next group’s time slot.

If a piece of equip­ment breaks or you need tech­ni­cal assis­tance, please ask. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG, PLUG, MOVE OR REMOVE EQUIPMENT IN THE STUDIOS. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO THE ROOM SET-UP, PLEASE ASK US-WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP.  IF YOU DO ELECT TO CHANGE OR MOVE ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE ROOM ON YOUR OWN, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR ANY DAMAGES. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A ROOM RESETTING FEE OF $100 PER HOUR IF YOU MAKE UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES TO THE EQUIPMENT AND SET-UP IN THE STUDIO.

If you break some­thing, please tell us. We expect that things will break dur­ing nor­mal use and we will replace or repair any of our gear that is not func­tion­ing at no charge to you, How­ever, we will hold you respon­si­ble for gear that is dam­aged as a result of obvi­ous reck­less­ness or neg­li­gence. Charges will be assessed against the cred­it card we have on file to secure the book­ing.

Play­ers only in the rooms please. A lim­ited num­ber of guests may be admit­ted by request, but at our sole dis­cre­tion.

No food or drinks (except water) is allowed in the stu­dios at any time. You are wel­come to use our lounges and din­ing areas.

NO SMOKING PLEASEALCOHOL AND DRUGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON JAMSPOT PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
