All JamSpot Player Rooms come equipped with 2 electric guitar amps, an acoustic guitar amp, a full-size 4–5 piece drum kit with cymbals, pedal and throne, a bass amp and a PA system with 3 microphones. Gear can vary from room to room but the typical set-up includes Fender HotRod Deluxe tube guitar amps, Fishman Loudbox Performer acoustic amps, bass amps from Ampeg or Hartke, Shure microphones and JBL PA monitors. All drum kits are Yamaha CS Advantage, and we use Zildjian cymbals exclusively. Yamaha Keyboards are available for rent at a nominal fee.
The larger rooms at JamSpot (The Showcase Room, Duke’s II, Joe’s Room and Studio Six in Wakefield), come equipped with 2 or more electric guitar amps, an acoustic guitar amp, a full-size 4–5 piece drum kit with cymbals, pedal and throne, a bass amp, and a PA system with 3–4 microphones. Each of the large rooms also include a keyboard and a keyboard amp at no additional charge. Gear can vary from room to room but the typical set-up includes Fender Hotrod Deluxes, Fender Hot Rod Devilles and Peavey Classic tube guitar amps, Fishman Loudbox Performer acoustic amps, bass amps from Ampeg or Hartke, Shure microphones, JBL, Yamaha or Presonus PA monitors and Yamaha keyboards. All drum kits are Yamaha CS Advantage, and we use Zildjian cymbals exclusively.
