JamSpot is located just between Inman Square and Union Square on the Cambridge-Somerville line. Here’s how to get here:

From Boston via Cen­tral Square:

• Take either the Red line or MBTA #1 Bus (towards Har­vard Square) to Cen­tral Square.
• Trans­fer to the #83 bus that leaves Cen­tral Square from the cor­ner of River and Green Street . Take the #83 (towards Ridge Ave.) to Inman Square (about a 5 minute ride).
• From Inman, walk East on Cam­bridge Street for 4 blocks. Take a left onto Wind­sor Street. Walk down Wind­sor past the lovely auto junk­yard, and the orange JamSpot awning should be vis­i­ble across South Street to the right.

From Boston via Lech­mere Station:

• Take the Green line to Lech­mere Sta­tion. From Lech­mere, take the #69 (which leaves from the McGrath High­way Side of the bus Depot).
• Get off the #69 at Wind­sor Street. Take a right onto Wind­sor Street. Skip down Wind­sor past the auto junk­yard, and the orange JamSpot awning should be vis­i­ble across South Street to the right.

From Somerville via Sul­li­van Square:

• Take the Orange line to the Sul­li­van Square Sta­tion. From Sul­li­van Square, go to the bot­tom level of the bus depot and take the #86 bus (toward Reservoir/Cleveland Cir­cle). Get off two stops after Union Square (after pass­ing a Catholic School on right and about a 15 minute bus ride from Sullivan).
• Walk south­west on Web­ster Street over the bridge. Take your first left onto Colum­bia Street. Walk about 1.5 blocks past the RCN and other indus­trial build­ings and into the park­ing lot to the left of RCN. The orange JamSpot awning should be vis­i­ble across the park­ing lot to the right.

From Kendall Square:

• Take the Red line to Kendall Square. Walk west on Broad­way for one block and take a right onto Hamp­shire Street.
• Walk 4 blocks on Hamp­shire Street and take a right onto Wind­sor Street (by the Art Gallery/yoga place). Walk North on Wind­sor for 3 blocks cross­ing Cam­bridge Street. Keep walk­ing on Wind­sor past the scenic auto junk­yard and the orange JamSpot awning should be vis­i­ble across South Street to the right. If not, remove your shades and take another look…squint if you have to.

From Har­vard Square:

• Take the #69 MBTA (towards Lech­mere) from the Holyoke Gate on Cam­pus. The #69 will take you down Cam­bridge Street. Get off at Wind­sor Street (about a 5–10 minute bus ride).
• Take a left onto Wind­sor Street. Walk down Wind­sor past the auto recla­ma­tion facil­ity, and the orange JamSpot awning should be vis­i­ble across South Street to the right.

Dri­ving Direc­tions to Somerville

From the West:

• Mass Pike to Cambridge/Allston Exit, take exit ramp to Cam­bridge, cross over Stor­row Drive and Charles River, across Memo­r­ial Drive and con­tinue straight on River Street .7 miles to Cen­tral Sq.
• Cross Mass Ave onto Prospect Street and con­tinue for .5 miles to Cam­bridge Street (the 5th stop­light after Mass Ave). Take a right on Cam­bridge Street head­ing towards Boston (away from Inman Sq), through 1 stop light.
• After stop light, turn left onto Wind­sor Place at the Shell Sta­tion (Joseph Ver­sakas Sr. Square). Con­tinue .2 miles down Wind­sor Place.
• Entrance to JamSpot/Boynton Yards park­ing lot is on the right, just as Wind­sor Place takes a 90 degree turn to the left. JamSpot is behind the RCN build­ing on your right.

From the East:

• Take Stor­row Drive to Mass Gen­eral exit. Bear right on exit ramp and cross the Charles over the Longfel­low Bridge (the “Salt & Pep­per” Bridge) and con­tinue into Kendall Sq.
• Bear right onto Hamp­shire Street, then take the next right onto Car­di­nal Medeiros Park­way. Fol­low to end, then left onto Cam­bridge Street head­ing towards Inman Sq.
• Take a right onto Wind­sor Place at the Shell Sta­tion (Joseph Ver­sakas Sr. Square). Con­tinue .2 miles down Wind­sor Place.
• Entrance to JamSpot/Boynton Yards park­ing lot is on the right, just as Wind­sor Place takes a 90 degree turn to the left. JamSpot is behind the RCN build­ing on your right.

From North:

• Take 93 South to Exit 28 (Sul­li­van Sq/Charlestown). Bear left to Sul­li­van Sq at the split, then slide to ther right as you see the Sul­li­van Sq T Sta­tion on your right.
• Take a right at the 1st light onto Cam­bridge St (keep­ing Sul­li­van Sq Sta­tion on your right). Con­tinue straight on Cam­bridge Street for about 1.5 miles into Union Sq.
• (You’ll pass a Dunkin Donuts and a Hess gas sta­tion on your right and a Hol­i­day Inn on your left, go under both a rail­road bridge and the MaGrath High­way under­pass then see the Somerville Police Sta­tion on your left. Also note that some­where along your jour­ney Cam­bridge Street will mag­i­cally turn into Wash­ing­ton Street.)
• When you enter Union Sq., Wash­ing­ton (nee Cam­bridge) St. will turn 90 degrees to the left, then 90 degrees to the right (yet another Dunkin Donuts!), then run into a multi-road inter­sec­tion in the cen­ter of Union Square.
• At that inter­sec­tion, take a left at he light onto Web­ster Street (Saint Joseph’s Church will be on your right as you turn onto Web­ster St). Go straight on Web­ster over the rail­road tracks (some peo­ple call it a hill), through the light (U-SAVE Auto rental should be on your right).
• Then take the first left onto Colum­bia Street (Royal White Laun­dry on left). Con­tinue straight, bear­ing left/straight at the fork, then directly ahead of you is the entrance to our park­ing lot and Boyn­ton Yards Tech­nol­ogy Park.
• BUT WATCH OUT for traf­fic com­ing from the right — they have the right of way!

From the South:

• Take 93 North through the Tun­nel to Exit 28 (Sul­li­van Sq/Charlestown), which is the first exit on the RIGHT after you cross the Zakim Bridge.
• Take a left at the bot­tom of the exit onto Cam­bridge St (Sul­li­van Sq Sta­tion will be directly in front of you). Con­tinue on Cam­bridge Street for about 1.5 miles into Union Sq.
• (You’ll pass a Dunkin Donuts and a Hess gas sta­tion on your right and a Hol­i­day Inn on your left, go under both a rail­road bridge and the MaGrath High­way under­pass, and then see the Somerville Police Sta­tion on your left. Also note that some­where along your jour­ney Cam­bridge Street will mag­i­cally turn into Wash­ing­ton Street.)
• When you enter Union Sq., Wash­ing­ton (nee Cam­bridge) St. will turn 90 degrees to the left, then 90 degrees to the right (yet another Dunkin Donuts!), then run into a multi-road inter­sec­tion in the cen­ter of Union Square.
