Start the year out Rockin’! JOIN A BAND!

New ensem­bles  for adults play­ers are now being formed @ both JamSpot in Wake­field and JamSpot in Somerville.

These are skill-development work­shops for early-stage and inter­me­di­ate play­ers seek­ing the expe­ri­ence of play­ing with a group. Using well known 2–3 chord rock and blues stan­dards (Clap­ton, Berry, Petty, Stones, etc.) , each group will focus on devel­op­ing play­ing and lis­ten­ing skills and under­stand­ing the dynam­ics of work­ing as a band under the lead­er­ship of an expe­ri­enced group leader. Groups will also have the oppor­tu­nity to per­form live at JamSpot-sponsored events.

Each ses­sion will last approx­i­mately 1.5 to 2 hours, and costs $20/session.

All instru­ments are wel­come but please note that as these ensem­bles oper­ate as a group, space will be lim­ited (e.g. only 1 drum­mer), so sign up today!
